Improve the Hatch Documentation for Auditing

Adria mentioned that the code looks well organized, but it would be nice to have a central point where everything is controlled... but it is already done in a more modular interactive approach...

This makes it hard to follow all the states... this sort of means we need to document what is happening in all the states. Sem is working on a state machine diagram... from that we could just improve the documentation on the Hatch all around
