DESCRIBE THE BUG:
Changing the Audio Role of a Sync Clip is not possible, not in Browser nor in Timeline.
It's only possible via "Open Clip". Which is way too slow of an approach with many clips.

TO REPRODUCE:
Select any Sync Clip in Browser or Timeline and try to change the main Audio Role.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
For fast mixing with many clips, one should be able, in any state of the project, to change Audio Roles at will.
We sometimes even create duplicates in the timeline with different Roles and different Filters applied.
