CP doesn't clear the search term when adding something via the CP console

1. select clip
2. open CP console and add an effect
3. the search term remains in the Effects browser

Sometimes the effect doesn't even apply, it is rather intermittent. The search term remains almost every time.

FCPX 10.7 at the moment but this has been happening for at least half a year, probably more. I had the debug window open while doing it but there was nothing.
