Tony Tang writes via email:

It still has the same problem when I set it to use the workflow extension to move playhead backward / forward 1 frame. If I move the jog wheel very slowly, it won't trigger any action.

And yes, it used the workflow extension by default, but because I was experiencing this issue I tried changing it to keyboard commands to see if there was any difference.

I should also point out that I've set the Jog Wheel Mode to Relative--not Relative (Fine Control) as you show in your screenshot. When I set it to Fine Control, yes, it does move one frame at a time. But the problem is that when I spin the jog wheel very quickly around a few times it only moves like 3-4 frames total. Fine control makes the jog wheel too slow.

I'm trying to mimic the behavior that the jog wheel has in DaVinci Resolve where it moves the playhead 30 frames with every half turn of the wheel. To do this, I had to change it to Relative mode. But this mode is where the jog wheel loses its slow speed sensitivity.
