[BUG] not run npm install from AdminLTE v3.x use nodejs LTS #5495

Describe the bug

I download AdminLTE v3.2.0 (latest) from https://github.com/ColorlibHQ/AdminLTE/releases
unzip downloading arhive to my project folder.
run cmd cli with adminstarator and go to my project folder where i unzip downloading arhive.
In the project folder run npm install commands.
After a while i saw a mistake on attached file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior
After run npm install command i would like to run npm run dev command and open web browser with runing project (AdminLTE v3)
