[BUG] nav-tree view items overlap if double clicked in a multi level setup #5332

Hi there,
The issue is reproducible on the demo site (https://adminlte.io/themes/v3/#).

To Reproduce

  1. Scroll to the 'MULTI LEVEL EXAMPLE' section in the lefthand nav bar
  2. Expand the Level 1 item, and while it is expanding click it again (so basically a double-click)
  3. Then expand the Level 2 item
  4. The level 2 item's children now overlap the menu items below
