I noticed a convenient way to keep track of PR Agent commands on Github, especially with additional customization via custom options, is through the saved replies feature.

What do you mean ? can you give a concrete use-case for using the saved replies feature ?

Sure, I was thinking about ways to make it easier to keep track of and reuse various interactive shortcuts for PR Agent and the saved replies feature seems like a good fit (at least for Github Cloud).
