Can you add in support for namecheap so we can use them instead of go-daddy?

@evilmog Took a quick look and there do seem to be a couple of third party TF providers that support namecheap.
Shouln't take long to get working, I'll work on it this week.

I did not realize how restrictive NameCheap's API policy was. We don't use it here at Coalfire so we don't qualify to get access to it. I requested access to their sandbox environment in order to get this started. I'll keep you updated on how things progress.
