That feature is something complicated to talk about. Having non-standard languages e.g. English within a project, especially project reports, decreases its ability to involve people from other countries to participate and e.g. make project outsourcing harder.

I understand @meshuga . But the reason of i18n in project is to help some friends from Brazil that can't read and write in english so well.

The project continues in english :)
