Describe the bug
Have an NPC assigned to do work in a multi story faction base. They are assigned to sort things out when other stuff isn't available and while I (player) am crafting I keep getting notifications that can no longer see to craft.

Steps to reproduce
Using the included save file, examine the counter to the east, work on craft or disassembly, 1 in progress fanning mill (I picked this since it would take a long time to complete, the particular task doesn't matter).
Hear the NPC move from the room nearby.
Get message "You can no longer see well enough to keep crafting."
Can resume crafting but eventually the NPC will again decide to sort zones and cause this to happen.
Expected behavior
Not being interrupted every few minutes if an NPC decides to go do something.
Seems if I just limit the types of jobs NPCs are assigned in faction camps I can limit this from popping up (or just keeping everything on 1 z-level).

This seems to involve Z-levels... I have power infrastructure and a room built up to test variables. I wasn't able to reproduce until I gave the NPC an unsorted zone in the basement. Then it doesn't matter where the light is coming from, I get interrupted. I also had the NPC wear a turned on headlamp (so wherever they go they have light too). Still got knocked out of crafting when they changed z-levels.
Having a faction camp like I did also doesn't seem necessary. Simply telling the NPC to sort out loot on a different z-level knocks me out of crafting.
So an alternate set of steps to repro:
Have the NPC follow you. Get near the crafting task. Tell the NPC to sort out loot, resume crafting. As soon as they switch z-level (or open a door on a different z-level?) get knocked out of crafting.
Tested some other tasks like butchery on a different z-level and as soon as the NPC changes z-level, player can no longer see to craft.
