Sessions not showing up

Sessions are not showing up in the Socrata dataset

I believe this bug is related directly to analytics-reporter handling the ga:pageviews (analtyics.js:126) and ga:sessions (analtyics.js:136) metrics as the same thing by remapping them both to a visits field, which we are reporting to Socrata for the 'pageviews' column.

Hmmm.... OK, so maybe the best approach is just remove that column (sessions) from the Socrata dataset?

Removed in Socrata. I don't see anything else to do in this code, right?

Probably remove the ga:sessions metric from the all-pages report since we already have ga:pageviews there, right?
