Determine how we should handle the yamlmd dependency

Problem

We will eventually have this dependency, https://github.com/dougmet/yamlmd referenced in our requirements.txt file. Please see #44 . We might want to consider forking the dependency to ensure it is available for our use given the fact that it has not been updated in 6 years.

Solution

Either fork the dependency and use our fork in our project or create a GitHub Issue on the parent project to have the maintainer decide what is the best way forward considering the dependency has not been updated in six years.
