Similar to Streetwize, be able to view all projects within a set radius (1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile). Must also respect existing applied filters.

@hunterowens Which radius search style do you prefer and how much the radius (i.e. 1mile, 25 mile, 50 mile)? From Leaflet docs, MapBox or Google ? And also do you want the circle radius to expand or move similar to MapBox example? Thanks for your time.

the search radius should be similar to Streetwize example (http://laways.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/). Prefer range to be: qtr mile, half mile, three-qtr mile, one mile.
