On an unrelated matter, I stumbled onto these cases on my main account:

"Rage" -> no immediate license in the list, probably some bundle
"Oblivion" -> https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/bethesda/#browse shows two games, but I suspect it's the same license...

See what the framework finds when looking up these apps.
