Problem Description

I want to remove hard-coded prompts and reorder them so they can be accessed in the order I set.

Solution Description

Add the same logic as custom prompts to remove the hard-coded one, and include a reorder button in the prompt list so that it can be rearranged through drag and drop.

To sort the preset prompts, what specific scenarios do you need to use this capability? What specific dilemmas are to be addressed?
