@chenrenji - I have just pushed mex files for mac and removed the check that blocks starting on mac.

Keep in mind that this is untested, so please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

@johannestoger - Thanks. I can open the software on MAC OS platform now. However, there may be some bugs. When the DICOM files were loaded, the contrast and brightness of the images seemed to be incorrect, and I can not adjust them using "manually change contrast and brightness" or "set contrast and brightness to predefined values" function button. Please see the attached file.

@chenrenji OK, that looks incorrect. Do you have access to a Windows computer where you can see if it works better when running segment-open on Windows?
