Add option to whitelist/allowlist only for smooth scrolling, but keep reverse scrolling on for everything else

I only want smooth scrolling for certain applications like Firefox but want to keep reverse scrolling enabled for everything. Whitelist/Allowlist mode would work great for this but it whitelists both the "smooth" scrolling and "reverse" scrolling options when I just want the "smooth" scrolling option to be whitelisted.

I've considered download a separate program that only does reverse scroll but I'd prefer to just stick to one program.
