Environment:

  • CTFd Version/Commit: 3.7.0
  • Operating System: Docker x86_64 running on Ubuntu 22.04LTS

If mounting persistent volumes for plugins and themes, the container gets stuck in a restart loop. I've gone up and down with the correct permissions, but nothing helps. I have to start the container (not mounting those folders) and copy over the contents to, say, the uploads directory. Then I can copy those to the persistent directories and then change the persistent folder mounting in docker compose and restart the container.

Even after all of that, almost all of the plugins cause significant issues, preventing the container from running.

Please advise.

Here is our current approach to containerising ctfd with plugins.

lacking details of your setup, I have no idea if this could be relevant.
