that builds and runs our tests for Python and Javascript.

Travis CI has been configured to run unit tests for the User Interface project (Javascript).

It is still to be decided what unit testing libraries the Python side of controls will be using. Until a python testing library is chosen, I cannot configure the Travis CI file to test python.
