生出每個議程的 og 宣傳圖 #10

Facebook 或是 Twitter 等平臺可以透過 og 放標題與簡介與 banner 圖片，前兩者目前都有，只差生圖片的部份。

可能需要以下技能:

vite plugin
nodeJS
node-canvas 或類似套件
