Phew that's a long filename in addition to your folder structure. Try installing in a shorter path, C:\roop-unleashed for example.
If you're still having trouble, you can install ffmpeg and add it to Path in your environment variables (step3) yourself, then run the windows_run.bat again.

Uhm, have you put it into your systemvariable path?
Incase you are new:

  1. Click on your windows symbol and search for Systemvariables.
  2. In the Window that opens click on the "Environment variables"
  3. (If this is your pc use systemvariables)
    image
Look in the list for a the "Path" and click on edit and create a new variable that will have the path to the bin (binary) directory.
The Path variable will roughly look like this:
    C:\ffmpeg-2024-04-10-git-0e4dfa4709-full_build\ffmpeg-2024-04-10-git-0e4dfa4709-full_build\bin

simple Fix
Look in roop folder
go to the installer folder /installer files and you will see a FFMPEG folder that has a longer Name
just rename to ffmpeg
you should be OK
