cannot get/ #58

i'm receiving this error: "Cannot Get /", and i'm using this recipe:

https://github.com/Browsersync/recipes/tree/master/recipes/gulp.ruby.sass

what i do wrong?

i'm using Ubuntu 14.0 with Apache. and my project is using PHP.
