Add an "applies to echo" option on combo creation

For characters with very similar echos (peach/daisy) there are combos that they can share. Adding an option to combo creation to let a user create the combo for both characters could be useful.

I wonder if it would be worth it to combine the characters into one instead, that way people can post combos for both Peach or Daisy under one character.

That would only work for them and the Belmonts, since they share combos exactly. Other characters that have echos might have some combos that are applicable to both, but some that aren't.
