fix(web): "view all" page not showing all elements

The 'View All' page uses the total elements' overall stats as a way to paginate through all elements. The problem is that these stats only aggregate up to the last finalized block, resulting in a small group of elements ranging from last-finalized-block + 1 to last-indexed-block not being included in the stats and, hence, not displayed on the view.
