Reproduction steps 复现步骤

  1. Install The Sims CC.
  2. Run The Sims EXE with command line parameters '-w -r1024x768'
  3. Set up a profile for The Sims CC with Magpie using 'Lanczos' upscaling.
  4. Click left or right mouse button. Displays issue when clicked. Looks normal when not clicked.

With dgVoodoo2 applied, Magpie upscaling using the -w flag seems to work pretty well. Without using dgVoodoo2 I get this issue.

The issue arises from the game window itself being set as topmost. There's a straightforward solution: unpin it before scaling. Although this doesn't address instances where the game attempts to become topmost during scaling, I believe it's adequate.
