[bug] win11，CPU AMD 8845，无法打开应用 #1326

安装1.3.5版本在D盘，无法打开exe；
安装1.1.4版本在C盘xyz.chatboxapp.app，可以正常运行；
老笔记本win11，intel，1.3.5版本在D盘同样路径，可以正常运行
