Hello,

I have a question on installing UMatter bot in our MatterMost Collaboration Channel.

Is it possible to provide step-by-step instructions for installing UMatter on Ubuntu? I know that we can do it two ways: manual deployment or the docker way. (Please note, I would prefer not to use docker). I know there is documentation as well, https://github.com/Better-Boy/UMatter. However, I am new to github and to the Python language.
