Description
Use FastAPI to make a simple api and a uvicorn server to make requests for reverse image search, text image search and image captioning (as provided in the colab notebooks in the respective directories)

Task:

  1. Read the official documentation of FastAPI
  2. The api has 3 functionality: reverse image search, text image search and image captioning
  3. No frontend required for this issue
