Add language support for Rust

I am loving this tool and I use it for JS based projects for now, I wish the support for Rust will be added real soon :)

Glad you like the project @mustafa-ans unfortuantly you might have to wait awhile for Rust support as we have no immediate plans to support it. I will leave this issue open and update if any progress is made.

As of now I am using semgrep for all the small rust projects in our org and they have about 110+ rules that the code is validated against, I have a biased liking towards bearer so I am kinda have longing for more ha ha
