Add the ability to programmatically embed inline errors, similar to livebook-dev/livebook#1936

See the following message, that's an error displayed at https://github.com/BeaconCMS/beacon_live_admin editor when the template is invalid (does not compile). It would be more useful if we add the error inline at the line that has actually caused the error.
