[Feature] - In-app option for picking localisation

Requested Feature

Currently, the localisation is based on the system environment's locale. Modifying this is no issue at all on macOS, Linux, BSD etc - set LANG to another value, and done.

On Windows, there doesn't seem to be any convenient method for overriding this on a per-app basis¹ - the entire system must be switched to another locale.

Maybe there should be a combobox to manually pick a preferred locale, with the default being the system's locale.
