running "azd provision" getting error:

ERROR: deployment failed: failing invoking action 'provision', error deploying infrastructure: deploying to subscription:

Deployment Error Details:
BadRequest: Azure subscription is not registered with CDN Provider.

If this is MANDATORY, why is not part of script?
