Optional argument to deploy global parameters

The packaged ADF code contains a GlobalParametersUpdateScript.ps1 script that can update the global parameters of your data factory. Together with the file <ADF_NAME>_GlobalParameters.json that contains the global parameters of your data factory.

Can we add a flag to execute this script and give the option to input a handpicked parameters file. Based on this article about global parameters. It would be nice to include in this action instead of building your own step to execute this as this documentation indicates it is a good idea to update the parameters after stopping the current triggers etc which is done by this action before deploying the ARM template.
