2. Tab till “Top navigation” controls.
3. Tab till “Submit your template” control.
4. Now verify the issue that "Submit your template" controls is link but visually appearing as button or not.

Actual Result:

"Submit your template" controls is link but visually appearing as button text.

Expected Result:

"Submit your template" control should be visually appear as link.

User Impact:

Low vision users will face difficulty to identify the links with normal text if links are not associated with underline/Chevron and visually not appear as links.
