Request for company Azure account (needed to get Azure OpenAI account) fails.

Minimal steps to reproduce

Using the package requires an Azure OpenAI account. The form for that says a gmail account cannot be used, that I need a corporate account. But the Create Account link on Azure doesn’t allow me to us my company email [email protected]. I get “You can't sign up here with a work or school email address. Use a personal email, such as Gmail or Yahoo!, or [get a new Outlook email]”
