Current Behavior

When I delete a character in a textbox any time after the first, it will automatically push my cursor to the end. This makes it very annoying to edit text.

Error message

no error message, just buggy behavior

Expected Behavior

If I delete a character, my cursor should stay at the character, rather than jumping to the end.

System configuration

Steps To Reproduce

1. Make a textbox
2. Change the text from the default.
