after successfully installed signal-cli, when register with (signal-cli -u +91{PHONE_NUMBER} register) signal-cli command its show the error
"Failed to read local accounts list"
anyone can please provide the solution ?

A verbose log would be helpful (with signal-cli -v -u +XXX register)
