功能：

手动切片功能
增加可用的模板填充占位符
可以指定上传时使用的封面图

修复：

自动上传失败问题，新增支持并建议使用access_token进行登录
根据网络状况自动选择弹幕服务器
record文件夹下产生大量空文件夹
遇到错误时状态显示停留在最近的状态
