I have a problem with sending a signal

I am newbie and maybe I'm stupid or blind and didn’t see that there was already an answer, but i have a problem with sending a signal, the IR led does not light up, but there are no problems with the pins on the Arduino nano or led (I use the IRremote library).
I used a lot of sketches and different IR cods, but the IR led never came on, and yes, I looked through the camera.
Here is the last sketch I used, thanks in advance. (Forgot to add that I used library version 4.2.0 and 3.3.0)

Why do not name the variable IR_Pin myPersonalChoosenPin?
Use the examples and you will be fine!
