Hello all,
I started a project with an Atmega88. The receive() uses Timer2.
Then I switched to AtMega8. And now Receive() uses Timer1.
You guessed it, it's annoying to handle, but that not the subject.
AtMega8 Atmega88 seem very similar. They both have three timers. Apparently with more or less same possibilities for the 3 timers.
Why switch to Timer1 for Atmega8 (and some others)? What can AtMega88 can do differently enough to use it ?
My 'problem' will be solved when TinySender is published (no Timers is I'm correct).
