commons: ^0.7.8+3 uses old dependencies, please update

I have same problem:

Because link_text >=0.2.0 depends on url_launcher ^6.0.2 and commons 0.7.8+3 depends on url_launcher ^5.4.1, link_text >=0.2.0 is incompatible with commons 0.7.8+3.

And because no versions of commons match >0.7.8+3 <0.8.0, link_text >=0.2.0 is incompatible with commons ^0.7.8+3.

I don't think they will compile soon, the last change to the project is 8 months ago.

I just copy pasted the lib folder from git to my project, and adapted the packages to compile.

It would be also great to update the intl dependency to 0.17.0
