Steps to reproduce

1. Add 5001 abbreviations to the list of abbreviations (or import them).
2. Have a look at the database at data/user/0/com.menny.android.anysoftkeyboard/databases/abbreviations.db to see the order they ended up in.
3. Try to use the first abbreviation in the database.

Expected behaviour

All abbreviations should be expanded.

Actual behaviour

Only the last 5000 abbreviations in the database are interpreted, all others (no matter whether just 1 or 20000) are ignored.
