BUG 描述
请问下，是否可以使用 antm-vantui-cli来构建自己的UI组件库？我这边安装了@antmjs/vantui-cli (仅安装了该包，没有安装其他vant相关)，安装后，使用antm-vantui-cli命令，报错
复现步骤

npm i @antmjs/vantui-cli -g
运行 antm-vantui-cli
期望结果
可以正常运行
实际结果
报错

**环境** mac os node版本：Node.js v18.17.1 **附加信息**
