Error icon in side menu no longer has exclamation & overlaps with long podcast title

Steps to reproduce

1. Refresh podcasts
2. Have one of them fail

Expected behaviour

The error icon has an exclamation and doesn't overlap with the title.

Current behaviour

The error icon is just a red dot and overlaps with long podcast titles:

Something must have changed (on develop) cause the red dot no longer overlaps with the title but there still is no exclamation mark.

I think it didn't overlap for you because you don't have a counter number. Without counter number it's fine, with counter number + red dot, the dot overlaps. It'd probably be good to try and recreate this scenario still.
