I would love to have a comment section for youtube videos that have theirs disabled. It would allow a deeper insight into the videos than just the dislike count.

Ways to implement this!

If implementing a database is out of the question to store that many comments/edits, a disqus board can be used instead as a in place replacement.

This already exists, in many forms.

I found one called "Tube Comments" for Chromium, and I remember using something similar for other video sites, I believe I was on Firefox back then.
