Crouton not working on Thorium OS V120.0.6099.276. When attempting to run Crouton, the following error was displayed: "/tmp/crouton-installer-cache/crouton.hTC/host-bin/enter-chroot: 152: cannot create /sys/kernel/debug/dri/drm_master_relax: Operation not permitted."

Steps to Reproduce:
