Add support for ARM64 chromebooks

Hello!
A lot of newer chromebooks are using an arm64/aarch64 processor. Does you plan on making builds for them? Or maybe some instructions to build it?
I see that you provide arm builds of Thorium (the browser), so I have some hopes!
