When deployed on a server without internet connectivity icons are missing #64

as per title, if the server where glass is running doesn't have internet connectivity, visuals are not right.

this is because two specific RPCs are called, which fails:

https://fonts.googleapis.com/icon?family=Material+Icons

and

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto:400,700&subset=latin,cyrillic-ext

the result is this:
