lua colorscheme for neovim

i ported this colorscheme to lua, i'm wondering if i should make a pr or give it it's own repo (i'd give you credit ofc)

omg i'm so sorry, i nuked my laptops main partition so i don't have it anymore, if you'd like i can rewrite it but it might take me a bit

so, i've done everything but the language specific highlights and the expand colorgroups stuff, i think i'd be good to separate it out into another repo so plugin managers can handle it properly, i'd make an organization with the vim and nvim one and any other ports you'd made
