Add search to HTTPS exclusions / blacklist

Issue Details

Impossible to find a specific domain in the unsorted list, including by a part of domain.
For example, I wat to check if exclusions for Dropbox are still required, but cannot find the domains.

Proposed solution

Add text search to the domains list.
